Took the kids to see their first movie last night. We drove down to the Valley Drive In and watched Shrek. Syd did great and sat on Daddy's lap the whole movie, asked a few questions but basically just watched it. Ry watched part of it, then said she wanted to go home, and ended up laying down in the back with blankets and played on my phone. David wanted everything and anything he could get his hands on and just to play. I know if we had been home that he would have gone to sleep very easily in his bed. It was great to take them all to the movies for the first time together. Can't wait to do it again. Some things we would change but overall, a great night as a family.
