Review

We had a family get together a week ago (28th) to celebrate Bobby getting home from Iraq. I took the kids over to see him before the get together. Syd let him hold her. Absolutely amazing. We walked out and saw the horses and Syd sat on one. Both the girls fed each horse and were not scared at all. They both wanted to feed the goat too, but he is mean and doesn't like to be around people. For the get together, we all went bowling, all 25+ of us, and then came back here to eat and play Bunco. Some of the little kids stayed downstairs and watched TV and played.
Syd's birthday party is coming up on Saturday so this week, we'll be getting things ready for that. Syd found a party hat at Target that she really wanted.
Yesterday was really nice and we went to the zoo. We bought a membership because I think we are going to go quite a lot this year. What's funny is that we would get to an animal show the girls, and Syd would say OK lets go see _____. It was like she was trying to see all the animals so she didn't really "see" any. It was still fun, Joel's allergies started to act up but for the most part he did really well. Along with the membership, we added on a membership to the Seattle Aquarium. I'm excited to take them there. Little nervous to take them by myself for the first time, but we'll make it.
